Fat skimming ladle

Preparing low-diet stocks and soups gets a little easier with this ladle, designed to scoop out the fat floating on the top without pouring out the good stuff. Simply dip about 3/4 of the ladle scoop into your pot, so that the side-openings are in line with the liquid surface, and let the fat float into the scoop. Then lift and pour the fat out of the ladle.
